The care and attention that I received from your staff was outstanding! In my lifetime I have had 5 operations and spent time in hospitals in New York and Ohio. This past week was by far the most loving experience that I've ever had with complete strangers in a hospital. From a "patient's" perspective a hospital stay can be just shy of terrifying. Much mental activity is given to physical pain/needs and speculating whether or not compassionate assistance will be given in a timely manner. As a patient in your hospital, I never once dwelled on those thoughts. I was completely confident that my needs would be met swiftly, professionally and at the highest level of compassion! I really DON'T look forward to returning to your hospital, however if a physical need does arise, I am very confident in the care I will receive.
