Location:
We offer both inpatient and outpatient surgical services on Memorial Hospital's main campus.
Availability:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with 24-hour coverage provided by on-call staff.
Appointments:
One of Memorial's case managers will coordinate all paperwork and pre-admission testing for you. Your surgeon's office will provide you with the information you need to contact the Case Management office to set up your pre-admission appointment where they will review the process and preparation required. Admission preparation:
Specific instructions on eating, drinking or taking medications vary by procedure. Please check with your doctor to find out what preparations are needed for your surgery. Your case manager will also review these matters with you at your pre-admission appointment prior to your scheduled surgery.
