Memorial Hospital wants to put a healthy, fit lifestyle within easy reach for everyone in Union County. That's why we open our Health Center to everyone. With three-, six- and twelve-month memberships available at competitive rates, and with our convenient location, there are no more excuses for not getting - and staying - in shape.

The Memorial Hospital Health Center is the site for our cardiac rehabilitation and adult fitness programs. Our highly trained personnel work with you to develop an effective program to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance - all while helping you reach or maintain your ideal weight. Your program begins with a pre-membership assessment including:

  • Heart risk or stress test (if needed)
  • Medical history review
  • Weight
  • Chest, waist and hip measurements
  • Flexibility
  • Body fat percent analysis
  • Overall health screening
  • Goal-setting
  • Individualized exercise program development

Additional evaluations may be scheduled to measure your progress and incorporate updates to your personalized fitness regimen. We've put our professional staff on your side, so you've got the support and the means to accomplish your fitness goals - for good.
