Health Care team is at your service. We’ve provided quality home health care to
patients ages 14 and up in Union
County and the
surrounding area since 1978.
We are accredited by The Joint Commission to provide medical care in the home, in addition to being Medicare certified. Since 2006, our staff has been recognized as one of the top 25% home health agencies in the nation.
Our professional,
compassionate staff provides nursing, physical and speech therapies, dietary services, personal care (bathing, dressing) and light
housekeeping services. A nurse is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you. Turn to us if you need help with one or more of the following:
